Hello! I am so excited to team up with you to pull off an event that is going to be absolutely incredible. 

The Epic Family Vacation Summit is an online event that will help Moms add the amazingly epic vacations their family craves regardless of where they are on their journey toward time and money freedom.  Our audience includes families searching for ways to save time and money so they can travel more AND families that want to understand how to get the most value for their travel dollars.

You are essential to the success of this event because your area of expertise is exactly what Moms need to reach their goal of more travel for their family. 

You see, 10+ years as a travel advisor has given me the insight on what stops families that want to travel more from being able to add the travel they desire. And it may not be what you think.

These are all essential areas of family life that reap big rewards for a family. And one of those big rewards is travel.   

Most people will say that time and money is the reason they don’t travel more often, but those are not the true reasons.

Let’s dispel a few myths:

1. The Myth: Travel is cost prohibitive for most families.  The truth: Most families can afford travel.  They either need more help to understand how to best utilize their budgets OR understand what travel options are available within their price point. 

2. The Myth: Families are too busy to travel more.  The truth: All families are strapped for time these days and 2 weeks of vacation a year is all most families can afford in their schedule.  It’s understanding how to manage the mental load of regular life, time saving planning strategies, and knowing their everyday life is under control so they can truly disconnect and stay in the moment while on vacation. 

What is stopping families from traveling confidently and more often is not time and money, but instead having the right strategies for family life at home and on vacation that currently feel out of control.  This is where you come in.

The primary summit audience demographic is Moms between the ages of 25-45 who are excited to travel and explore the world.  Most will have children from Preschool to High School age.  They are goal oriented individuals who love community and clear paths to the success.  

Our goal is for them to feel inspired at the end of the summit that their best life is right here in this moment and we as speakers are excited to help them along their chosen path.

Let’s do a quick rundown of how the whole summit will work. 

The summit is currently planned to run from Monday, April 29th to Thursday, May 2nd, 2024.  

We will kick the week off with a live online party on Monday, April 29th as well as releasing the first day’s presentations to the attendees. Each following day will have a live panel and more released presentations. 

Presenters have the option to do an interview style recording with me and/or submit a recorded presentation of their own. Interviews would be planned to last around 20 minutes and help bridge your area of expertise to how it applies to travel planning.  Your submitted Prerecorded Presentations should be between 12-15 minutes. 


Each speaker is allowed to submit up to two different presentation topics allowing them to increase their brand exposure across their area of expertise.  

Along with the pre-recorded presentations and interviews, we will have a live party/panel each day to bring presenters and attendees together to get questions answered in real time. These live sessions will help you in two ways. First, this gives you the opportunity to show you are a real person with a real life.  Being able to connect to potential customers in a real life way is invaluable.  Secondly, you will be able to get feedback in real time if there are questions about your presentation. 

There will also be a mix of daily co-planning sessions and networking sessions for the EPIC All-Access Pass.  Attendance as a speaker is not required but I think you will find it to be a great networking opportunity with attendees!

Leading up to the summit we will have two weeks of promotion. You will be provided with email swipe copy, social media swipe copy, and social media graphics to make it all easy! 

As a speaker, we ask for you to promote at least one time on social media and once to your email list, but speakers who promote more make more in affiliate commissions. I will even have a suggested posting/sending schedule for you to make promotion easier. 

During the promotional phase, as the summit is running, and for a week after the summit is complete you can earn affiliate commissions on sales made to the EPIC Pass.  You can also promoting the Live Sessions to bring brand authority.  The EPIC All-Access Pass includes extended access to the presentations as well as some bonuses we will team together to throw in. This will provide immense value to our attendees, while making the work of promoting and creating a presentation worthwhile by allowing you to bring in affiliate commissions, your own product sales, and grow your email list and social media following!

What I will Need from you

I know you are wondering what kind of work this will require from you. 

Let’s chat about that! 

My goal is to make this all as easy as humanly possible so we can all have a blast while providing great value and growing our businesses. 

1. Basic Information

The first things I will need from you is some very basic information so I can finish up our registration page and the speaker page. 

This information includes:

  • Name
  • Presentation Title
  • Short Bio
  • Square Headshot 
Once you give me the thumbs up that you are in, I will send you a link where you can upload all this information super easily.

2. Presentation – DUE MARCH 29, 2024

Next up would be creating your pre-recorded presentation and optional supporting worksheets. Keep your presentation to 20 minutes or less.  It is proven most people have an attention span of 17 minutes or less.  

Please structure your content in a way that allows attendees to walk away feeling like they have learned something, rather than a webinar format where they feel like that are missing something that they need to buy from you asap. You can use slides with or without showing your face on camera, or you can do a video without slides and just film yourself.  Represent yourself and your brand however best suits you.  Feel free to be friendly and casual over worrying about being perfect and structured. We want our attendees to learn something great and have fun in the process.  Address a specific solution in your presentation you feel will be a game-changer for our attendees.  Help them make those adjustments that will help them gain momentum in the subject area you are helping them with.  Your biography, promotional images on your speaker page, and event sponsor materials will be where they will decide whether they would like to continue working with you after the summit. 

No matter what format you choose, you are free to use your presentation however you would like to in the future. (not all summits allow this!)

Your presentation should include great, actionable content. Here is the suggested format:

  •  A quick introduction of yourself and your business
  • An overview of your topic
  • Where people go wrong with your topic and tend to over-complicate it
  • Teaching section
  • Specific Action Steps (with the goal of simplifying their existing process)
  • Up to a 3 minute pitch

While you are welcome to pitch absolutely anything you would like to for your business, I recommend a freebie that is highly related to your presentation topic and helps them continue to move forward with what they will learn from your presentation. This will increase the likelihood that they will opt into your email list so they can continue to interact with your business. From there, you can have a tripwire and funnel set up to start making sales from your new leads right away! 

Presentations and final materials are due by March 29, 2024. Though the earlier you get them too me the more I can promote on your behalf.

3. Individual interview – Scheduled between March 1st and April 1st

I love the idea of giving you a chance to do an optional pre-recorded interview over Zoom where we can tie your presentation topic to how it will help families travel better.  This interview is designed to be 12-15 minutes of run time.  We will take a few minutes at the beginning to go over what we want to cover and then start the interview.  Feel free to show attendees your real life kids, dogs, and a cup of coffee are all fine! This interview will be light, fun, and help attendees see you as a relatable business that can offer them real solutions.  You will be sent a Calendly link to schedule your interview time that is convenient to you. These interview times can happen any time between now and April 1, 2024 to be certain the editing can be completed in time for the summit. 

3. EPIC All-access pass contribution – Due March 29, 2024

The EPIC All-Access Pass will be a great way for you to collect additional leads.  To make it even more valuable I will ask each of you to provide one resource to add. This can include things like:

  •  an eBook
  • Workbook
  • Course (big or small)
  • A 1-Month membership
  • or another freebie

It is totally up to you to decide if you would like to create something new or provide something you already have. While this is not required, it is highly encouraged that you participate with at least a free lead magnet to add their email to your list.

Please note, coupon codes requiring customers to purchase your offer for a discount cannot be accepted as an addition to the All-Access VIP Pass.  I also recommend not doing a 1:1 product contribution since we anticipate selling many VIP Passes. Attendees who choose to redeem your contribution will be another warm lead for your business. 

Submissions are due March 29, 2024.

3. Promotion Period- (April 14 – May 4)

The power of an online summit comes from a group of experts coming together for a single cause. The joint promotion that happens because of that is a huge benefit to everyone involved.

Because of that, we will have an official promotion period starting on April 14, 2024. 

Sharing is required at least once to your email list and once to your main social media profile.  Anything above and beyond that is up to you. This is our first time to have this online event, but we do anticipate it to be a game changer for the travel industry and a perfect way to help Moms across the country travel more with their families.  We WANT you to promote and gain valuable commissions for your business and hopefully earn enough to take your own family on vacation! 

When you do share, be sure to use your affiliate link (which you can set up here) so you can get in on the 50% commission that will come from any EPIC All-Access Passes from your affiliate link. 

I am willing to collaborate with you on social media, through my podcast Bold Exploration (or your podcast), or write a guest newsletter for your blog – all with your affiliate link to help you get some extra conversions! 3. Live participation

The Live Parties and co-working sessions we have for attendees, travel suppliers, and speakers are not required but suggested.  You may choose to participate in one session, a couple, or all the sessions.  This will be a great way for you to interact with your future clients and represent your business.  We will ask you which sessions you will attend and add you to the published guest list so others will know you will be participating!  

Affiliate details

While summits are great for overall visibility and making new connections, a little extra income never hurts either, right?

That is exactly why we have an affiliate program for the EPIC All-Access Pass where you will receive a commission from all sales from traffic you refer to the event. Payouts will be made between 30-60 days after the event ends. 

The commission structure is as follows: 

  • 50% for all Speakers
The pricing structure will be:
All-Access VIP Pass:
  • $47 Fast Action Price for 15 minutes after their initial opt-in
  • $77 Early Bird Pricing from April 14 – April 29th
  • $127 Last Chance Price from April 30th – May 11th
To make it as easy as possible for you to generate extra income, the Resource Vault includes things like email swipe copy, social media copy, and social share graphics. However, you are more than welcome to write your own copy and even run your own Facebook ads. I am happy to collaborate with you to increase your conversions using your affiliate link. Just reach out to me by email by March 29th to schedule our joint promotion efforts. Once my schedule is full I may not have time to collaborate so reaching out sooner than later is a benefit for you.


Remember to use your affiliate link when promoting so you can receive a commission. And as with all affiliate promotions be sure to disclose that you are an affiliate when sharing with your audience.
